“I would like to be friends with this person,” I say as I continue to not talk to them but instead like every single one of their posts.
I don’t usually reblog this stuff. But it’s true.

Definitely getting that feeling second time round too, which I suppose means that Warner Brothers aren’t 100% awful. Just about 95.8% :P

Hypocrisy. It’s not wonder women had to fight for their rights when they dumb themselves down by being so contrary -_-

"Least loved by the girl who prefers Dawn French."
is GENUINELY what I thought the locket said to Ron when Harry Parseltongued it open.
It actually said “your friend” but it’s evidently not a locket that practises good enunciation.

One day I will stop whinging about Warner Brothers...
What simply PROVES that Warner Brothers care little about making good film adaptations of books and care LOTS about making in as much money as possible by buying into a specific audience is all the stupid little hints they added in throughout the films that could lead people to think Harry and Hermione would end up together.
A major example of this is the Harry and Hermione dancing scene in...

Ladies & Gentlemen, I give you, the 2012...
Michelle Bachmann: "Don’t misunderstand. I am not here bashing people who are homosexuals, who are lesbians, who are bisexual, who are transgender. We need to have profound compassion for people who are dealing with the very real issue of sexual dysfunction in their life and sexual identity disorders.” (2004)
Ron Paul: "The rate of AIDS infection is on the increase again. From the gay point of view, the reasons seem quite sensible. First, these men don't really see a reason to live past their fifties. They are not married, they have no children, and their lives are centered on new sexual partners... because sex is the center of their lives, they want it to be as pleasurable as possible, which means unprotected sex. Third, they enjoy the attention & pity that comes with being sick." (1995 in a newsletter that he claims to have not written but was still published under his name)
Rick Perry: "I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm a Christian, but you don't need to be in the pew every Sunday to know there's something wrong in this country when gays can serve openly in the military but our kids can't openly celebrate Christmas or pray in school. " (2011 in a campaign ad)
Mitt Romney: "I should tell my story. I'm also unemployed." (2011 while speaking to unemployed people in Florida. Romney's net worth is over $200 million.)
Newt Gingrich: "We should replace bilingual education with immersion in English so people learn the common language of the country and they learn the language of prosperity, not the language of living in a ghetto." (2007)
Rick Santorum: "Is anyone saying same-sex couples can’t love each other? I love my children. I love my friends, my brother. Heck, I even love my mother-in-law. Should we call these relationships marriage, too?" (2008)
Michelle Bachmann: "Carbon dioxide is portrayed as harmful. But there isn't even one study that can be produced that shows that carbon dioxide is a harmful gas." (2009 during a debate)
Mitt Romney: "PETA is not happy that my dog likes fresh air." (2006, when questioned about driving 12 hours with his dog in a cage strapped to the top of his car)

I get really irked when there are TV characters...
I don’t know how all you people with normal names cope if I’m honest, I find it all most distressing.
Anyone else with an unusual name know what I mean about the annoyance when you have to share it with someone?
Anonymous asked: for your last blog post, the name Christian means "Christ-like." Just because Jesus was a jew, it doesn't mean that we can't follow his ways because His ways were Love. When Jesus died on the cross, He died so that we wouldn't have to live under such persecution anymore. We follow His ways of Love.

3. I was really close to Napa Valley but I didn’t get to go there
One of the things I worry about a lot in life is that I won’t get to see everywhere. I know that sounds ridiculous, but if I think about it hard enough it really does panic me a bit....

Ooh a topical survey, how current!
1. What did you do in 2011 that you’d never done before?
I went on holiday with no adults, I got a boyfriend, I dyed my hair blonde, I went on a segway
2. Did you keep your New Years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year? My main resolutions were to keep doing well at uni and to keep in contact with my friends from back home. It was a mixed bunch with mixed outcomes. Will be making...
